RETURN POLICY

• You have up to 14 days upon receiving your shipment to return items purchased from https://metalwood.studio.
• Orders must be returned by mail only.
• Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
• Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Metalwood products not purchased from https://metalwood.studio

Domestic returns are free when you use our pre-paid returns shipping label upon review.

SPECIAL COLLABORATION AND EXCLUSIVE PRODUCT

For any purchases containing exclusive items or products made in collaboration with one of our valued brand partners, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THE SALE PERIOD

All sale items are final.
